The limited edition luxurious version of the Ryu has a full-tang blade made from Balbach Herringbone Damascus with textured marble carbon fibre handle scales, fastened with blue titanium anodized screws.
According to Fox on its Facebook page, the first production run is only 55 numbered pieces.
The Fox Knives Ryu is a modern interpretation of a classic Japanese tanto sword. The design is by Ken Vehikite from Black Roc Knives in the United States. The Ryu Damascus comes with an Italian leather sheath with blue stitching and the embossed Fox head logo. The blade length is 136 mm, overall length is 270 cm and the knife weighs 207 gram.
