First, we would like to thank the visitors of the 1st Athens Knife Show. The number of visitors was unexpectedly large. The ‘knife-admirers’ who visited the GUN & KNIFE Classics show on the 18th to the 20th of May displayed a unique interest and showed an impressive amount of excitement about the event. The result of very first knife exhibition of Greek knifemakers, named the "1st Athens Knife Show" proved to be very encouraging for future actions. Moreover, the interest of European Blades Magazine was a huge surprise for us. The public’s approach to the show, the high level of knowledge about knives, the targeted questions and the interest of the visitors, were just some of the reasons for us to start planning the next knife show immediately.

The Greek knife community rewarded our ambition in organising a knife exhibition. This, for us, is only the beginning of new tradition. We would also like to thank the knife makers who honoured us with their participation and those who did not manage to participate but supported us with their messages of encouragement from every corner of Greece. Finally, we would like to express our gratitude to the owner of the exhibition of handcrafted firearms and knives GUN & KNIFE Classics, Mr Chistos Chatziotis, for the accommodation of the show and his support in every aspect.
